Scaling Strategy

This project was a collaborative scaling strategy proposal for Sabi Juices, a cold-pressed juice brand focused on nutritional wellness and mental health support. As the lead Researcher, I conducted in-depth competitive analysis and "cautionary tale" case studies, identifying the specific factors that led to the failure or success of brands.
Working with a group of my fellow peers, we developed a complete scaling strategy that integrated a mission-driven brand identity with a community-first e-commerce model. The final deliverable was a polished proposal that demonstrated how localized pop-ups and exclusive digital flavor drops could successfully grow the brand while maintaining its authentic connection to the community.
